JOE TOSHA

Joe was born a long, long time ago ( he won't say EXACTLY how long ), in a small town near Cleveland, Ohio, the birth place of rock and roll. Hint, hint, Joe was born real close to the same time as rock and roll !!!!
Joe
Joe's family moved to California and as a young teenager he managed to acquire himself a four piece Pearl drum kit and taught himself to play. He would lock himself in the garage for hours on end in those early years and play along to vinyl records of Creedence Clearwater, Jimi Hendrix, Johnny Cash and Cream. So he says anyway, might of been hisparents actually locked him in there !

He played and jammed with his friends in his high school and early college years in various pick up garage bands, learning his instrument and having one heck of a lot fun doing it. Eventually, he took a break, oh for maybe about twenty years or so, and concentrated on his work career and raising a family.

JoeOne day, about ten years ago, he woke up and thought, wow, I really missed playing music. Joe acquired another set of used drums, ( that first Pearl kit was long gone ), and started over again, having that music urge hitting him again. Of course since he had a real job now, he didn't keep that used kit very long and bought a DW kit. Lucky for Joe, he has a very forgiving and understanding wife! He began jamming with friends again, and soon helped to put together a band called High Velocity with some friends. High Velocity played at various clubs and venues throughout the Inland Empire and Temecula in Southern California. They also hosted an open mike night at a club in Riverside for a number of years, with Joe being the house drummer. When High Velocity had run its course and broke up, Joe answered an ad and joined another band from Riverside, Road Fever. Road Fever played various clubs in the Riverside, Calif. area and performed on the main stage at the Orange Blossom festival in Riverside also.
Joe
Eventually, after some personnel changes, Road Fever broke up. Joe placed an ad in some local trade publications, and after receiving a call and an invitation from Susie, he auditioned for Main Stream, where he at last has found a home!
